What we collect
When you submit a project inquiry, we collect the information you provide: name, business name, email, optional phone, optional Instagram handle, the services you're interested in, project details, timeline, budget comfort, preferred contact method, and a consent timestamp.
For security and anti-spam purposes, we also store the page URL the form was submitted from and the user-agent string of your browser. We do not store your IP address.
We set a short-lived first-party cookie when you submit the form so a single browser cannot resubmit immediately. This cookie does not contain personal information.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit to reply to your inquiry and to scope your project. Anti-spam telemetry (page URL, user-agent) is used to reduce abuse of the contact form.
Where it's stored
Project inquiries are stored in a Supabase database accessible only to Velora. The site is hosted on Netlify. Both Supabase and Netlify process limited operational data (e.g. request logs) as part of providing their services.
How long we keep it
We keep project inquiries while we're working with you and for up to 24 months afterward, unless you request earlier deletion or longer retention is required for legal/business reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you've shared by emailing veloramgtllc@gmail.com.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site. The only cookie we set is the short-lived first-party cookie described above.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top.
