Terms of Service

Last updated May 26, 2026.

These terms apply when you engage Velora for design, development, branding, print, or related services. By submitting a project inquiry or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms. We may update them — current terms are always available on this page.

Services

Velora provides design, development, branding, print design, social media graphics, advertisements, custom digital tools, and related creative and business services as scoped per project.

Each project is scoped individually. The specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing for your project will be defined before work begins.

Quotes and acceptance

Submitting a project inquiry through this site does not create a contract. A binding engagement begins once a written quote or scope is accepted in writing (including email).

Velora Care: Website Hosting + Ongoing Updates

Velora Care includes website hosting and ongoing updates. Update requests are subject to fair use and current workload — typically up to one reasonable website update request per business day.

Unused days do not roll over. Major redesigns, new features, new pages, custom functionality, emergency work, and out-of-scope requests may require a separate quote.

What counts as a reasonable update is determined by Velora in good faith. We will let you know in advance if a request falls outside the scope of Velora Care.

Out-of-scope work

Work that falls outside the agreed scope of a project — including but not limited to major redesigns, new pages, new integrations, custom features, large content rewrites, or emergency work — may require a new quote.

Intellectual property

Velora retains all rights to design tools, templates, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property used in producing your work.

Concept work and unselected drafts remain the property of Velora and may be used in Velora's portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Rights to final delivered work transfer to you once your project is completed and paid in full. Payments and invoicing are not handled through this site yet.

Concept work and samples

Some visuals shown on this site are concept studies created to demonstrate Velora's creative direction. Fictional brand names are used for visual demonstration only and do not imply existing client relationships.

Payments

Velora does not process payments through this site. Payment terms for individual projects are set in the project scope or quote and may be handled through invoicing or another agreed method.

Cancellation

Either party may end a project for cause with reasonable written notice. Fees for completed work and any non-refundable third-party costs remain payable. Specific cancellation terms may be set per project.

Changes to services

Velora may change, discontinue, or replace services from time to time. We'll communicate material changes that affect active engagements in advance.

No guaranteed outcomes

Velora does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, search-engine rankings, conversion rates, uptime, security, or that any third-party platform will continue to operate.

We bring care and craft to every project, but creative and technical results vary by context. This site is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Third-party services

Velora may use or integrate third-party services (hosting providers, design tools, email services, and similar). We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or practices of those third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velora's total liability arising out of or relating to a project is limited to the fees paid to Velora for that project in the six months preceding the claim.

Velora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
